Question 1

We've never run an AI project before. Where do we start?

Accepted Answer

Lightning. It's a six-week engagement, billed by effort, that gives you an objective look at how your organization actually runs: the way work and people flow through it, and the technical systems behind them. By the end you have a map of how work moves through your organization and a ranked list of opportunities where software and AI can help, each tied to a real business need with an estimate of effort and value. Everything we produce is yours to keep, and the start of what comes next.

Question 2

What if AI isn't the right answer for us?

Accepted Answer

Then we'll say so. Lightning is honest about that on purpose: sometimes the answer is a focused piece of software, a cleaner process, or connecting the tools you already use, not a model. And when AI is the right fit, the work isn't plug-and-play. Most of it is the secure, private foundation that gets the right context to the right people and tasks, tuned to how your organization actually runs. We do both, whichever gets you to the outcome.

Question 3

What happens when model providers change pricing or release new models?

Accepted Answer

Your platform routes to the best model for each job, and we re-route around any that get expensive or deprecated, so a pricing change or a new release is an adjustment, not a migration. That's a core part of Partnership: a working session every two weeks, monthly reviews of what's new in AI, and quarterly roadmap resets, so your platform and your people keep pace with the technology without the cost of a full in-house tech team.

Question 4

Our team isn't technical. Who runs the platform after you build it?

Accepted Answer

Most of our clients don't have engineers on staff. We're built for that. Zenith ships with documentation and operating guides so your team can run the day to day. Partnership keeps us alongside you for ongoing maintenance, fixes, and new builds as the work calls for them. You get the outcomes of an in-house AI team without the cost of one.

Question 5

Can you work with our existing systems, like our CRM, ERP, and databases?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Zenith brings together the information scattered across those systems into one secure, private foundation, organizes it around how your business actually runs, and turns it into tools your team uses day to day: agents that handle manual work, chatbots that answer questions across the organization, and automations that move work between departments. We integrate with the stack you already run rather than asking you to rip and replace, and we clean up and migrate your data so it's accurate and connected.

Question 6

What about security and regulated industries?

Accepted Answer

Your data sits on dedicated, isolated infrastructure, not a multi-tenant SaaS, and it doesn't train a vendor's product. SOC 2 Type 2 and HIPAA programs are in progress. For healthcare and other regulated work, dedicated infrastructure and the corresponding security posture come standard, not as an upcharge.
