Challenge

Give an incoming COO an objective, complete picture of how the firm actually runs: every role, tool, and handoff. They're effective from day one, leadership can see its key-person risk, and the firm has a documented operating model it can grow on.

What we did

We ran Lightning across the whole firm to understand:

  • How the firm really runs: who does what across the whole organization.
  • Every tool and data source: what each person touches to do their work.
  • How work moves: the handoffs and communication between people.
  • Where the time goes: each workflow and the hours it costs.

Most new leaders spend weeks in meetings learning how a business runs. This COO started with the whole operation already drawn, including the jobs that rest on one person and the handoffs that cause friction. Zenith is the next phase. It spreads that work so the business no longer depends on any one person, uses AI where it helps, and builds a private operating layer that takes the busy, manual work off people so they can focus on the work that matters most.

Lightning finds the opportunities, Zenith builds the solutions, and Partnership keeps it evolving.
